2. Services Provided

Wichita Luminaries offers:

• Luminaria rentals and installations for homes, neighborhoods, and businesses
• Event lighting and décor for holidays, corporate functions, and special occasions
• Luminaria product sales and related accessories

All installations and rentals are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be updated periodically. Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

Sales tax may apply based on Kansas state and local laws.

4. Rental and Installation Terms

• Rentals include setup, maintenance (if needed), and pickup after the event or holiday season.
• Rental periods and pickup dates are confirmed during booking. Extensions may be available upon request.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to installation areas (clear pathways, power access, etc.).
• Any lost, stolen, or damaged luminarias during the rental period may be subject to replacement fees.

5. Product Sales

All purchased luminarias and accessories are final sale unless otherwise stated. If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Rentals/Installations: Orders canceled at least 7 days before installation may receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a partial or full charge.
• Product Sales: Refunds are only available for unused items returned in original condition (buyer pays return shipping).

7. Liability

Wichita Luminaries is not responsible for damage to property, landscaping, or electrical systems caused by improper site conditions or interference after installation.

While we take every precaution for safety and quality, use of luminarias and lighting products is at your own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Wichita Luminaries and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
